🔍 Field Verification Process
Once we receive a preliminary application, our onsite team personally visits the applicant or their family. During the visit:

The team collects required information, verifies the situation, and fills it into our internal assessment forms

These completed forms are submitted to the Trustees’ Meeting for further review and final decision

Our trust is guided by a team of elected trustees from the 1986 SSLC batch of Chalavara High School. The team is supported by operational volunteers grouped into key departments:
